1996 Mercury Villager GS 3.0L Front Wipers
good evening, i hope you people can help me with this one. the customer's complaint is the wipers will(very)intermitantly start in the off position.(i've seen this happen, but cannot duplicate in the shop) sometimes they will sweep the windshield just once...
