2010 Ford E-450 Super Duty 6.8L Odometer
I have a motorhome that reads speed in MPH but the odometer reads on kilometers. It also had a battery draw and the battery was an aftermarket one showing it had been replaced. I am assuming from the battery going dead and being jump started from the coach bat...
