2003 Lincoln LS 3.9L Wheel Adj
Column adjustment will not tilt up and down. Works fine in and out. Visually checked harness at column and cluster with nothing unusual. Click sound in heard when moving switch up and down. Have power at motor momentarily but do not have ground. Has code B2332...
