2000 Ford Windstar 3.8L pcm
vehicle came in as a no-start and no-communications. Found fuse 20 ecm fuse blown. Testing finds when you remove fuse 19 for the ecm we loose power to fuse 20. We found EPC solenoid is disconnected the short to power is gone with no problems. Reconnect harness...
