2007 Ford F-150 XLT 5.4L DLC
This F150 came in for a MIL on, have no communication with
PCM or any other modules. No power on pin 16 and no power
to cigar lighter. Checked for fuse 41 in CJB, there's a
slot there but no connections behind the slot. :)
