1997 Lincoln Mark VIII 4.6L Starter circuit
I have narrowed this down to the wire going to the "S" terminal on the starter. This wire should be Yellow/Blu coming from the starter relay, but is is NOT. It is a heavy gauge(#10) RED wire. The voltages at the relay socket are:#30(12Vdc LOAD enable, unswitch...
