2003 Ford Crown Victoria 4.6L Lighting
Intrument panel lights, parking lights and headlights will
occasionally go out while driving. Then come back on
anywhere from 5 seconds to about a minute later. An audible
clicking is heard when this happens that comes from the
LCM.
