This is a rarely used,garaged vehicle that hasn't had much done to it--22k in 8 years. Problem is when you turn on the lights--Headlights or parking,the fuel gauge and tach goes [...] gauge goes to full and stays there---Tach fluctuates up and down from 0 to 4...
