Just install new l&r air bags on 3/95 ford windstar van .After running on-demand self test we found code #12 / #52 .now with out a (ford) New Generation Star (NGS) tester [...] I can not clear the continuous diagnostic trouble codes & snap-on MT2500 is no help...
