1995 Ford Windstar 3.8L No Communication With Scan Tool
Hi guys..i have no communication with my snap on scantool and the vehicle computer,car will start sometimes and run ok. With the ign key on the fuel pump cycle for 2 sec and pressure is about 40psi but while cranking i have no fuel pressure and no spark..is it...
