Hello to all!

I am in need of some help! I have a 1990 Lincoln, and it's overcharging! When the vehicle is idling I get 13.56 V, when I raise rpm's I get upto 18.21 V. I replaced the alternator and I still get the same problem. I was wondering if anyone knows...
