1998 Ford Taurus SE 3.0L Door Locks
Keyless entry inoperative customer states that both transmitters wouldn't operate at the same time. Customer replaced batteries in transmitters and it still wouldn't operate. We checked the system with NGS and all systems operate normally with no codes stored....
