1996 Lincoln Mark VIII Anniversary 4.6L Head Lights
looking for a clue. head lights very dim on low beam. especially if raing or alittle foggy. have tried adjusting , replacing bulbs and head light assemblies. taken to dealer and still no fix. thanks for any input!!
