1990 Lincoln Continental Signature 3.8L In Dash Wiring
Customer complaint: tail lights and dash lights not working (digital cluster works fine). Fuse #4 blown, blows each time new fuse is put in. Hooked up tester to fuse block, there is a 25 amp draw. Soon smoke is coming out of dash and there is a sizzling sound....
