1994 Mercury Grand Marquis GS 4.6L Fuel Guage
#13 fuse blows each time the gear selector shifts to drive. When fuse is blown the fuel guage stays approx.3/4 full. Also, the instrument cluster warning lamps fail to light. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
