1998 Ford Escort ZX2 Hot Coupe 2.0L No Start
car came in on hook, no start. fuel pump not running,checked fuses, shut-off switch in trunk, checked good. have no voltage to pump, hooked up actron scan tool but i get 8888 flashing! i'm hesitant to buy pcm but scan tool manual says thats the probable cause....
