1998 Ford Escort SE 2.0L MIL Lamp on
Help with this Ford!! Snap-On scanner will not communicate with this car. Checked DLC and found 2.10 volts at #4 connector. Gound? Checked PCM with Alldata flow charts. All test OK. Test with know good PCM??
