1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty XL 7.3L Surge, Flare up after 3rd
This truck will have a slight surge when shifting into 3rd gear about 200rpm it feels like a torque converter on off feeling however the computer isnt commanding the converter off at this point we are not sure if we have a engine problem or trans. Has anyone h...
