1st, the idle readings are ACTUAL 15mph dyno (PA) readings.

(divide by 3.8 liter = .42 CO / 39ppm HC / 2279 ppm NOx), the REAL numbers...

2nd, the cruise readings are the ACTUAL LIMITS. (PA's answer to EPA's "test vehicle")

3rd, the van hesi...
