2002 Ford Excursion XLT 6.8L Surge, Cuts out
Only twice has this SUV quit running, both times while driving at a slow rate of speed. Once through a parking lot and the other on a decreasing radius freeway on-ramp, taken at low speed. No codes found and the local Ford dealer said it didn't know the cause ...
