1998 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4.6L MIL Lamp on
MIL light comes on and sets code P0401(insuffiecnt EGR flow). I have replaced the DPFE sensor twice and same problem. Put a lab-scope to sensor, with KOEO voltage at signal wire is 1.00v, according to ALL-DATA this is good. With KOER the voltage is 1.00v. Volt...
