1996 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4.0L MIL Lamp on
I have a 96 ford explorer with ses light on code P0401 EGR flow insufient. I have a 5 volt ref. at DPFE. I hooked my vantage up to the signal wire i have .63 volts it does not increase while driving 30 to 50 mph, i hooked up a vacuum pump to the egr it is hold...
