1997 Ford Ranger XL 4.0L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on
we have gone through the all data flow of diagnoses for codes 171 and 174. sometimes the mil will lite immediatly sometimes it takes about 30 miles. we have cleaned the throttle body which was filthy. the idle is not always rough . if you let it sit for 20 min...
