1999 Ford Escort ZX2 Hot Coupe 2.0L OBD inspection
vehicle is in for state inspection OBD and will not run monitors. found blown fuse for clock, radio is inoperative. quick scan of data stream i failed to notice anything out of specs. any help would be greatly appreciated, mitchell doesn't have a thing on this...
