1997 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L High Idle
Computer keeps idle speed @ 1500 for few seconds then lowers to 1200 for few seconds then to 800-900. Snap-on scanner shows duty cycle from PCM at 19% Trouble Shooter says should be 33%. TPS @ idle is 0.9 volts and sweep shows good pattern and no glitches.
