1999 Ford Windstar SEL 3.8L MIL Lamp on
LTFT are 18 to 19 at idle but go to 0 at cruise. Tried propane around "plastic" intake. Ho2s are switching good. Found bulletin about vacuum connector at fuel pressure reg. but not our problem. thanks, Jake
