1995 Ford F-350 XL 7.3L No Start
Towed in as a no start. vehicle has good service history. we have no communication with scanner - "wait to start" light flashes rapidly w/ key on. overdrive light in shifter handle also flashes rapidly. all fuses and fuse links appear ok. any ideas from you di...
