1985 Ford Tempo GL 2.3L No Start, Cuts out
vehicle does not start after hot [...] pump comes on but does not pump fuel.i removed fuel pump with the whole sending unit and submerged in fuel and ran external 12 volts. the fuel pump comes on and whines but only a dribble of fuel comes out of the outlet [....
