1993 Mercury Tracer LTS 1.8L No Start
I have two problems, the first is that I can find no way to retreive codes or connect a scanner (Vetronix) to this vehicle. the second is this vehicle is VERY rich. It soaks the plugs as soon as I start to crank it.
