1999 Ford Explorer XL 4.0L Surge, Stall
Posted to Ford Driveability on 12/13/2002 13 Replies

Only below 45 degrees will this act up. And then only for about 10 - 15 seconds. The idle will either surge or it will start and stall once or twice. Then it will idle fine until it gets cold again. Thanks for any help, Jake
