1996 Lincoln Continental Anniversary 4.6L No Start
This Lincoln Continental came in with an intermittant starting problem. If fuel module is bypassed car will start and run. Dark green and yellow wire has digital voltage of 0-.7 at idle. Light blue and orange wire has no voltage. What is the theory/operation o...
