1997 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0L MIL Lamp on, LEAN CODE

IATN data base showed other Rangers with dirty or bad "MAF" causing lean codes. so we replaced "maf " with known good used one. no diffrence,lean bank one still comes up after 10 miles or so, no check engine light until later.
