Hello, Techs. This Escort is from my neighbor shop. They have replaced Coil, spark plugs, wires. There is no injector pulse at #1 and #4 injectors. I checked the pulse at the PCM,,,,no pulse.

All power and ground at PCM is fine.

MOD says to replace the PCM....
