1993 Ford E-250 Econoline 4.9L Excessive Emissions, Hesitation
I recieved this vehicle after 2-3 other techs had worked on it. The tailpipe and O2 readings both are fixed rich. The ECM & O2 were both replaced with OEM parts (at least once) by prior techs. I can not seem to find where the source of excess fuel is comin...
