1993 Mercury Cougar XR-7 3.8L No Start, MIL Lamp on
Customer origional complaint by phone was MIL on. Before he got to shop it quit running and had to have it towed in. Had good spark at plugs& good fuel pressure & injectors were pulsing. Pulled plugs they were gas soaked. Replaced plugs. Still won,t start. Che...
