1996 Ford Explorer XL 4.0L No Start
Intermittently if you turn the all the way to crank without letting the fuel pump prime it will not start. No matter how long you crank it. Cycle the key and let the fuel pump prime and it starts right up. The Ford store can't locate their manual so all I have...
