1996 Ford Crown Victoria 4.6L Hesitation, Cuts out, MIL Lamp on
Ford Techs, This Crown Vic gets water in the plug wells,and causes it to miss. The engine has not been subjected to cleaning or driving in high water. It is a police vehicle, but it does not get driven every day. It is the only one out of about 20 in the fleet...
