1993 Mercury Grand Marquis LS 4.6L Hesitation, Surge
Hi [...] came in surging or chugging problem mostly at cold start [...] says car runs fine when warmed up.I noticed at cold start I could not accelerate the engine [...] to backfire & sounded like it had a rev limiter on it at slight [...] anyone seen problems...
