1996 Ford Explorer XL 4.0L No Start
This vehicle intermittently has a starting problem. When it occurs, the check engine light flashes rythmically. As it flashes the fuel pump relay and WOT A/C relay click on and off. The vehicle will start, but runs bad due to fuel pump being turned on and off....
