After the engine warms up and idles down the engine surges from 1000 to 1500 rpms constantly. We cannot detect any vacuum leaks. If the egr valve is opened manually the engine will smooth out some. Note the ECTS pid reading of -1.7 volts, if the ect is unplugs...
