1997 Ford F-150 XL 4.2L Cuts out, Misfire, MIL Lamp on
engine misfires between [...] rpm at all speeds under light load/worse when up to operating temperature/pcm does not set misfire codes and randomly sets cam sensor code/cam sensor has been replaced without changing sensor orientation and tests ok
