1995 Mercury Villager GS 3.0L Surge, Cuts out
customer recently filled gas tank and now the engine cuts out at about 2000 rpm. we have a gensis scan tool but cannot hook up to this vehicle. is it possible to pull the codes without using a scantool? any ideas would be helpful.
