1987 Ford Ranger Custom 2.9L Excessive Emissions, Stall, Poor Fuel Economy, FLOODS
Vehicle towed in flooded. Found fuel pump running at al times with the key on(engine not running). No data at Data Link! Pin #48 @ ecm 12v instead of 5v, pin # 46 same. All grounds are in good condition, no voltage drop. replaced ecm and all was good! Came bac...
