1992 Ford Crown Victoria LX 4.6L MIL Lamp on
EGR valve opens and closes normally, holds vacuum, but doesn't affect engine operation. Removed EGR valve and it IS opening. Started engine with EGR valve removed, checking for vacuum at the intake manifold, and found very little, and engine runs at normal idl...
