1999 Ford E-250 Econoline 4.2L Stall, MIL Lamp on
repeat po340 code with mil light, and engine stall hot, and
hard restart. we have good fuel pressure and spark, but no
injection pulse. pcm, cam sensor/w synch unit, crank
sensor. all grounds and powers are ok to sensors and pcm.
