1999 Ford Windstar 3.8L Flare up on Start
I had only a few minutes to look at this one. It will flare up to about 2200 rpm and then return down within about 20 seconds. Both o2 sensors are too lean. I have good fuel pressure. ECT reads notmal. The IAC is able to get the rpm to the desired speed. I am ...
