2001 Ford Explorer XLS 4.0L No Start
No start for this one. No injector pulse and no fuel pump. Pump works on KOEO test. We had a new key made and the dealer cant get the vehicle to recognize the new key when hooked up to it. Tried another PCM and same. Could it be the theft module went bad? Wher...
