1990 Ford Ranger STX 2.3L No Start
CKP/CMP has almost flat signal on Vantage (tried 3 sensors from aftermarket and now one OEM. no difference). I am not getting any ground signal from PCM pin IGN #16 and DIS ICM pin IGN #7. Good resistance from DIS pin #7 to PCM pin #16. EEC Relay is working, g...
