1997 Ford F-250 Lariat 5.4L MIL Lamp on
Tune-up and Motorvac done in January. In June the #3 sparkplug loosened out of the hole and did damage to the threads. The right head was removed, repaired and reinstalled. A few days latter the truck came back with two o2 codes, don't know the numbers because...
