87 Tempo kicking my butt. Failed emissions, high CO. Codes for O2 sensor, but O2 works fine. Fuel pressure is at spec. Checked for vacuum leaks--none found. Checked sensors under hood, and then installed break-out box. Found: [...] at .930 volts Coolan...
